Refunds & Payments

All game server(s)/dedicated server(s) are to be paid for in advance. Failure to keep up monthly payments on your server can result in suspension and ultimately deletion of your server(s). If you decide to cancel a subscription with NovaHosting.co.uk, please also remember to cancel your PayPal subscription, which in some cases does not auto-cancel. NovaHosting.co.uk is able to refund all overpayments if the subscription cancellation script fails. Should you need to raise a payment dispute, the suspension of your service may need to be implemented while the investigation progresses. No personal credit or debit card details are retained by NovaHosting.co.uk directly. A monthly order (Renewal Of Service) counts as 30 days and NovaHosting.co.uk provides a cooling-off period of 24 hours if the service is somehow not right for you; we can refund you (excluding dedicated servers which we cannot refund). After the 24 hours cooling-off period, refunds can be denied. On new orders (none dedicated server), we offer a 48-hour cooling-off period (Refund window) in which you are entitled to a full refund. After this 48-hour window, refunds can be denied. All dedicated servers are treated as a business-to-business transaction and are non-refundable due to their reseller nature. Overdue invoices will automatically generate a late fee of up to 10%. This only applies to services that are still active. At our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse the renewal of services. Claiming a service free trial waives your 48-hour right to refund after payment should you choose to take up the service after the freetrial expires. Eligible services, even if within the 48-hour refund window, will be deemed ineligible for refunds in cases where they are employed for illegal or malicious activities.

Fair Use

While services may be advertised as "unlimited" or "unmetered", they are subject to physical hardware and network limitations alongside our fair use policy. Extreme use, deemed as abuse, can result in a request to remove certain features or even termination in extreme situations. Fair use is at the discretion of the NovaHosting.co.uk administration team, and you agree to accept any decision they make. We will only ever enforce fair use policy in situations we believe to be extreme. We reserve the right to refuse service in the event of anything we deem to be free trial or initial refund window abuse.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Abuse and Threats

We do not tolerate or accept any behavior we see as threatening or abusive towards our staff team or other clients. We reserve the right to terminate services in such cases at our discretion.
